Membership fee on maternity/paternity leave or nursing leave
When you are on maternity/paternity leave you will pay the 1% membership fee of Translation Industry Professionals from the income under payroll tax of the main occupation. This means vacation compensations, vacation pay and fringe benefits (e.g. lunch, car and phone benefits) as well as any benefit paid by the Unemployment Fund for the Specially Trained (ERKO) (e.g. earnings-related daily allowance, training daily allowance, sabbatical compensation and training support).If your employer is paying you the salary of the first three months of maternity leave, for those months you will pay the normal membership fee.
