Employees’ representatives of Translation Industry Professionals

The highest decision-making body in the Translation Industry Professionals is the assembly of the organisation, called together twice a year. The assemblies will elect the members to the board and decide on the statutory and current affairs.
 
Governing and execution power is used by the board, which assembles approximately once a month aside from the summer months. The board includes 6 - 8 regular members and two backup members in addition to the chairperson. The chairperson and the board backup members are elected for one year at a time and the regular members for two years at a time.
 
The board also names representatives to different functions for one year at a time.
 
The daily affairs of the Translation Industry Professionals are taken care of by the Executive Manager, reporting to the board.
